Rates and Reservations



 

Our rates

Two bedrooms for $150 per night. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share one full bath. Breakfast is included for up to 4 people.

Special lodging notes

  • No Pets and No smoking
  • All season standard rates - Year round.
  • Rates are subject to 6.9% sales tax plus $3/day Ouray City lodging tax.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, and traveler's check.

Check-in and Check-out: You can check into your unit after 3 PM. Check-out time is no later than 11 AM on your last day.

Cancellations and Change policies: Reservations cancelled on or before 7 days prior to your arrival, will receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 handling fee. If canceled within 7 days of the arrival date, renter's will forfeit one nights rental fee ($150) from your deposit. However, if the unit is re-rented for the entire time it had been reserved, we will refund your deposit less a $25 handling fee.
